Leaders of Tomorrow 2019 Award Recipients

Marissa Moeller


Marissa is a senior at Pine-Richland High School. Throughout high school, Marissa has been involved in many activities such as volunteering at the Federal Credit Union located in UPMC Passavant Hospital, working at the local swim club, actively participating in student government, Future Business Leaders of America, and the high school's varsity cheerleading program.  With the help of her family and friends, Marissa was able to obtain many achievements throughout high school such as the honorary mathematics award her freshman year and the highest honor roll award all four years of enrollment.   After graduation, Marissa will attend Penn State University and pursue a degree in business, with a focus in business management.  Her parents are Greg (PNC Bank) and Patricia Moeller.

 

 Zachary Gribben


Zachary is a senior at Moon Area High School.  He is a member of the National Honor Society, is a scholar athlete, and will be graduating with distinguished honors.  Zachary is involved in Speech and Debate, Odyssey of the Mind, and Peer to Peer Student Mentoring Group.  He is a goal keeper for both his high school and cup soccer team Football Club of Pittsburgh.  He also works part time at Lowe's and volunteers at his local food pantry.  After graduation, Zachary will attend Purdue University and major in mechanical engineering. His parents are Christianne (Clearview Federal Credit Union) and Andy Gribben.

Joanna Wachowiak Owen and Constance Lawrence had the privilege of presenting Ann, the official canine ambassador of Northside Common Ministries, the generous donations from our membership to benefit the Community Food Pantry (final tally was $2,100!). While there, Joanna and Connie had the opportunity to tour the facility and learn about all of the amazing programs and services that are offered, in addition to the pantry.
